Products such as herbs, creams and books purchased from EuroAsia IT Co., Ltd. will be shipped as registered mail. You have 30-days money back guarantee based on returning the products unopened. Read more under Refund.

EuroAsia IT Co., Ltd. will deliver membership and magazines by e-mail while in most cases also deliver purchased software electronically via web-based downloads or via e-mail with the exemption from boxed or CD products which is delivered via regular mail or courier.

Due to risk of viruses and other problems, we do not accept any return on software delivered via e-mail, nor via post or TNT Express. Our return policies for electronically and e-mail delivered software is that no refund will be accepted within after purchase.

Before you send the goods in return, you must complete the CONTACT form with a short description of your reason for returning the goods and we will then send you a Tracking Number that we will use as a reference for your case.

If your package comes in return for whatever reason we will still try to send it to you but you will again need to pay for re-packaging and freight. If you choose to not accept the package, the refund will be 70% of original value less postage for re-stocking.


Refund on purchases made by credit cards will be refunded to the credit card account only. Purchase made on PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account, and purchases made by Bank to Bank transfer or paid by Cheque will be refunded as Bank to Bank transfer less bank charges.

However, within 30 days after purchase, if a shipped packaging or printed materials or the CD itself is damaged, we will send you a new set or offer a refund of 70% of the purchasing price less cost of shipment. For returned goods, the purchaser must stand for and pay for all freight charges.

Refund will be accepted one working day after we have received and inspected the returned goods. Confirmation on refund will be sent via e-mail.

There is no refunds on custom made or OEM products, or on membership, no matter if the cancellation is due to you cancelling your membership or if EuroAsia is cancelling the membership for reasons stated in the Terms and Conditions agreement for this site.
