Phytoestrogen is naturally occurring non-steroidal plant compounds
found in every part of plants, including the roots and are therefore
also said to be plant oestrogen (estrogen). For Pueraria Mirifica,
the hormonal effect comes from Isoflovans like Daidzein, Genistein,
Puerarin, etc. and natural chemicals like miroestrol, ß-Sitosterol,
Stigmasterol, Coumestrol and others.
There are a lot of contradictions with regards to Phytoestrogen
and often a debate if it works or not. Now those that have been
on "bad" herbals or no herbals at all would say "no
herbals does not work and it's only rubbish" and including
in this group are also those that have been on "good"
herbals but for just too short time or were heavy smokers, had a
lot of coffee, tea or alcohol that would automatically give them
less effect from herbals no matter how much herbals they would take.
Another thing is that to really take advantage of phytoestrogens
you must have a healthy gut flora.
Anne Selene's Pueraria Mirifica or Kwao Krua Kao capsules "MiroHealth
Tonic and MiroHealth Extra" is a herb
that contains several valuable Phytoestrogens where Phytoestrogens
are oestrogen (estrogen) hormone-like chemicals found in plants
where the major of Phytoestrogens are Isoflavones, Flavones, Coumestrans
and Lignans. Most people therefore knows that Soy, Yam, Red Clover
etc. contains Phytoestrogens but very few knows that they only contains
a tiny amount of estrogenic compounds and therefore have little
or no effect on the body other than acting as a dietary supplement.
Miroestrol found in Anne Selene's Pueraria Mirifica "MiroHealth
Tonic and MiroHealth Extra" is about
3000 times more potent than the estrogenic activity shown in soy
Isoflavones named Genistein. Furthermore it has more than 1000 times
the estrogenic activity of i.e. other plants like Red Clover, Soy
and Yam. It is to be noted that no other plants than Pueraria Mirifica
contains Miroestrol.
There is several evidence showing that Phytoestrogens have
protective action against several diverse health disorders such
as breast, bowel, prostate and other cancers, brain function disorders,
cardiovascular diseases, menopausal symptoms and osteoporosis.
So this is just the point with herbals, some are really weak and
really crap and some are really potent and would work in feminisation
also for transsexuals and maybe even better than what "real"
pharmaceutical hormones would do. Why? Because really good oestrogenic
herbals like Pueraria Mirifica have matrix sources of phytoestrogens
with lignans, coumestans, isoflavones and more as well as minerals,
vitamins, fibres and so forth that would give greater benefit than
just a single source pharmaceutical hormone would do.
As said earlier, the older generation of females and transsexuals
would maybe not benefit from pharmaceutical hormones at all, so
the matrix source in herbals are offering an alternative, also because
pharmaceutical hormones are associated with far grater risks but
also herbals may have their own risks so it's not totally risk free
and each individual must assess their own situation before start
taking herbals. The best is to ask advice from an herbalist as most
doctors does not understand herbals more than ordinary people does.
There are not many herbals out there that can really offer females
and transsexuals good results in the terms of feminisation and in
fact there might be only one or two kind where Pueraria Mirifica
is one of them. The rest are just not potent enough to feminise
anybody but would still be a good source for healthy body. Combined
with breast cream, it would also makes the skin covering the breast
more elastic and softer as in the same time its enhancing the breast
shape and size.
We could read about the gut few lines up and the key to get advantage
of Phytoestrogen are to make sure the gut works well because humans
can't easily make use of plant hormones without it. However with
the help of our gut bacteria we can in fact take use of almost all
plant hormones and to do so we must take the MiroHealth capsules
with good natural yoghurt, unpasteurised sauerkraut, wine or even
a glass of milk if you wish. In that way your gut bacteria will
help you to do feminisation wonders.
So Phytoestrogen can be our best friends and offer us ways to stay
safe and healthy, so long as we use them with wisdom.
